Transaction fee: $4.99 National Travelís former online booking tool, Sabre.Res, will be phased out effective January 1, 2011. The current self-ticketing online booking tool utilized by National Travel Systems is Resx.com. The booking fee for online bookings through Resx.com is $4.99. New TSA Regulations — Please note that per TSA Regulations, our agency must gather and enter the following information into all airline tickets: Full Passenger Name that matches Government Issued ID, Gender, and Date of Birth. Many of the airlines will not allow us to ticket without this information. (Privacy Notice - Read more about why we have to gather this information.)

Southwest is changing their exchange policy — Effective January 28, 2011, Southwest Airlines will have a new policy regarding unused ticket credits. The credit can ONLY be used by the ORIGINAL name on the ticket and is valid for travel one year from the original issued date.
